Teach Your Children How To Cook

Lisa Knows The Secret I know the Superchef’s secret for all those minichef’s out there who would love to learn how to make their own dinner and prepare a fruit salad or scrummy chocolate fridge cake for their friends and family. Children love to cook but their enthusiasm is sometimes quashed by busy mums and dads who don’t always have the time or the knowledge to help their youngsters learn the basic skills needed in the kitchen.

This first module of Minichef Secrets is perfect for 7 - 14 years olds with Superchef Nigel guiding them step by step through the skills needed to make their own real fish fingers and potato wedges, how to safely prepare a variety of different fruits for a colourful and nutritious fruit salad and then for treat time, a chocolate fridge cake stuffed full of healthy, vitamin packed ingredients.

Just sit your children down in front of the TV, let them watch Superchef Nigel teach them skills that will last them a lifetime and then when they’re ready, enjoy a well-earned cuppa while you supervise them creating their own tea.

All the Superchef recipes and methods are printed in the accompanying booklet including which cooking utensils the children will need to use (no specialist equipment needed). There’s also a fruity word search and some fabulous jokes to keep them giggling.

So, now is the time to round up your children, teach them to cook the easy way and maybe, before long, they’ll be asking you ‘what would you like for tea?’
